We kindly request that your pet is isolated in a room shortly prior to our visit if possible. We also ask that if your pet has shown any aggression towards strangers or veterinary staff previously, that you forewarn us before our visit. Please ensure that a pet that has previously shown aggression, or one that is nervous, or who may be inclined to snap/bite, is muzzled before our arrival. If you do not have a muzzle, please let us know and we can provide one on arrival.
Please keep any pets that are not being examined out of the room.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if an animal shows such aggression towards our staff that a visit becomes unsafe. We will then aid you with an alternative means to seek treatment for your pet.
